    Major Assessment $114.00
    Minor Assessment $ 57.00
    Follow-up appointments (1/2 hour) $ 66.00
    Motor Vehicle Accident Assessments up to $180.00  

                      Athletic Therapy Fees:       

    Major Assessment $80.00
    Minor Assessment $40.00
    Follow-up appointments (1/2 hour) $50.00
       

    After your initial assessment your physiotherapist or athletic therapist will advise you on what your
    treatment will consist of and the length of your follow-up sessions.

     

                      Massage Therapy Fees:       

    Assessments (1 hour) $72.00
    Follow-up appointments -1 hour $74.00
    Follow-up appointments - 1/2 hour $48.00

                      Personal Trainer Fees:   

    Assessments (1 hour) $60.00
    Follow-up appointments (per hour) $66.00
