Crystal has 2 years of Osteopathic training at the Canadian College of Oesteopathy in Toronto specializing in joint
therapy, myofascial release techniques and craniosacral therapy. Chrystal is also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer
certified with the Canadian Personal Trainers network. As a holistic therapist, Crystal has also specialized in energy
balancing therapies. She is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and a Nithyananda Spiritual Healer. Cystal's clinical
focus is in treating and strengthening the whole body mechanism through massage therapy, osteopathic techniques,
fitness training and energy balancing therapies.
