Call your insurance adjuster and start a claim.

If you decide to go to a physiotherapist or massage therapist you can call right after you start your claim with your adjuster to set up an appointmetn with us .

It is recommended that you start rehab therapy as soon as possible after your accident .

We will require all of your Motor Vehicle Insurance information such as claim number , Insurance company and address as well as your adjusters name and phone number .

By law - you are required to use and exhaust your Extended Health Benefits ( EH )   ( health coverage through your employer, spouse's employer or if you are a minor through your parents insurance through their work ) .  You must use your EH prior to us being able to bill your Vehicle Insurance directly .

We will therefore need your EH information - such as  the annual limits on both physiotherapy and massage therapy , the % or amount your company pays per visit and the insurance company that holds your EH.

Don't worry though --- our knowledgeable administration team will be able to walk you through this process and all the billing details if you are in a car accident . 

The most important thing to remember is to call your adjuster then call us ....
