Yoga can be practiced by anyone at any age, whether healthy or recovering from an illness or injury (with a doctor’s consent). It can increase mobility & stamina leading to a better quality of life. Practicing yoga can help increase physical energy & mental clarity while decreasing stress & pain. The exercise & breathing techniques help bring the body back into its natural state of serenity & balance.
